Robyn believes that romance and fairytales are the best ingredients to work with because they go with absolutely everything. Inspiration for new recipes is everywhere she looks. She remembers making the decision to write her first book, but since then writing has become more of a compulsion than a choice. It’s less about having complete silence, a gorgeous work space, a free hour or two, and a steaming hot coffee, and more about getting her fingers to the keyboard any chance she gets. The coffee does help, though.
She resides just outside of Melbourne, one of the most livable cities in the world, with her wonderful husband and two sons. Writing romance – and talking about it via email and Skype – helps to balance the effects of living in an all-male household. She loves to cook, hates to clean up, and keeps very odd hours. Her writing days used to be solitary, but they’re not anymore. Now she has Seven Sassy Sisters online, and their friendship and support is invaluable.
Robyn’s first Indulgence, His Unexpected Family, is due out in July 2012
Michelle Smart’s love of books began as a baby when she threw her teddies out of the cot and cuddled her books instead. This love for all things wordy has never left her. When not reading, she loves nothing more than creating worlds of her own featuring handsome, arrogant heroes and
the sparkly, feisty women who refuse to take crap from them.
Michelle lives in England with her extremely tolerant husband, two young sons and two gerbils. Michelle is allergic to housework. She is trying to find a doctor to confirm this diagnosis.
Annie Seaton lives on the beautiful east coast of Australia, where she loves sitting in her writing chair, gazing at the ocean and writing stories. She has always been fascinated by all things historical and has found her niche writing contemporary romance and steampunk, where strong heroines and brooding heroes fight together to make their alternative world a better place.
Her debut novel, Holiday Affair, a contemporary romance set in the South Pacific was released as part of Entangled Publishing’s Indulgence line in March. The sequel Italian Affair is currently underway. Watch out for the story of Tom and Brianna the sex therapist who spices up his life!
Annie lives with her husband, and ‘Bob’ the dog and two white cats, in a house next to the beach in a small coastal town of New South Wales. Their two children are grown and married and she loves spending time gardening, walking on the beach and spoiling her two grandchildren.
Katee Robert learned to tell stories at her grandpa’s knee. Her favorites then were the rather epic adventures of The Three Bears, but at age twelve she discovered romance novels and never looked back. These days she spends her time — in between ogling men and planning for the inevitable zombie apocalypes — writing speculative romance.
Katee’s first Indulgence is Fool Proof Love, due out later this year.

The progeny of a slightly mad (NASA) scientist and a tea-drinking bibliophile, Theresa Meyers learned early the value of a questioning mind, possessing lots of books and a good china teapot. A former journalist and public relations officer, she found far more enjoyment using her writing skills to pen romance novels in the turret office of her Victorian home. She’s spent nearly a quarter of a century married to her Prom date, drinks tea with milk and sugar, is an adamant fan of the television show Supernatural, and has an indecent love of hats.

She loves nothing more than writing fun, flirty contemporary characters brimming with emotion and who are strong, vulnerable, but not perfect. They’ll fight for that one special person who will love them for who they are.

Nicole Helm’s dreams of being a published author began when her kindergarten class dictated stories to room mothers. Ever since seeing her name in print on that purple flowery hand-typed book, Nicole has been hooked on creating stories. Dreams of publication ebbed and flowed, but having her first child kicked the dream back into high gear. Nicole writes contemporary romance with tough heroines and the heroes that soften them up over the backdrop of America’s fly over states. Her first book came out in 2011, and her first Indulgence will be out early next year.
Nicole lives in Missouri with her husband and two sons, and writes her novels one baby’s nap at a time. She’s slightly (okay, totally) addicted to Twitter (@nicolethelm). Visit Nicole’s website.

Michele de Winton
Michele was born in the mid 1970’s amid a burgeoning sprawl of vineyards and new retirement homes. With two teachers as parents, her love of reading and books was cemented at an early age. Being a writer however, was not was she was supposed to do when she ‘grew up’. Despite training in law (or perhaps because of it) she has been a dancer, producer, writer, and all round arty type in various countries for most of her life.
Moving into writing full time in 2010 was like being a part of a contemporary romance – perfect! Creating new worlds for her characters, or rather letting those same characters show her their worlds is now a highlight of Michele’s daily life. And falling in love over and over as each hero and heroine allow their true feelings to surface is something very special. What a treat to do it every day! Now back home in New Zealand after travelling extensively, Michele writes from an office where the sound of the tapping keyboard is only rivalled by the whisper of wind in the trees.
Barbara DeLeo’s first book, co-written with her best friend, was a story about beauty queens in space. She was eleven, and the sole, handwritten copy was lost years ago, much to everyone’s relief. It’s some small miracle that she kept the faith and is now living her dream of writing sparkling contemporary romance with unforgettable characters. After completing degrees in Psychology and English then travelling the world, Barbara married her winemaker hero and had two sets of twins. She still loves telling stories about finding love in all the wrong places, with not a beauty queen or spaceship in sight.
Barbara’s first Indulgence, Contract for Marriage, is due out later this year.
Nina Croft grew up in the north of England. After training as an accountant, she spent four years working as a volunteer in Zambia, which left her with a love of the sun and a dislike of 9-5 work. She then spent a number of years mixing travel (whenever possible) with work (whenever necessary) but has now settled down to a life of writing and picking almonds on a remote farm in the mountains of southern Spain. Nina’s writing mixes romance with elements of the paranormal and science fiction.

Her next Indulgence will be out later in 2012.
